These Terms of Service ("TOS") govern your participation in the StudyFetch Affiliate Program ("Program"). By joining the Program, you agree to abide by these terms.
2.1. You must be at least 18 years old to participate in the Program. 2.2. You must be a legal resident of the United States to participate in the Program. 2.3. You must have a valid PayPal account to receive commissions.
3.1. Affiliates earn a 30% commission on qualifying sales made through their unique affiliate link. 3.2. Commissions are paid within 45 days after a user pays for our platform through your link. 3.3. The minimum payout threshold is $50.
4.1. Create authentic, engaging content promoting StudyFetch on your preferred platforms. 4.2. Use only your assigned affiliate link when promoting StudyFetch. 4.3. Clearly disclose your affiliate relationship with StudyFetch in your promotions. 4.4. Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including FTC guidelines on endorsements and testimonials.
5.1. You may not use paid advertising channels, including but not limited to Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or Instagram Ads, to promote your affiliate link. 5.2. Bidding on keywords such as "studyfetch," "study fetch," or any variations thereof in pay-per-click campaigns is strictly prohibited. 5.3. You may not use "doorway pages," parasiteware, deceptive pop-ups, or any other fraudulent methods to generate commissions. 5.4. Making false or misleading claims about StudyFetch or its features is prohibited. 5.5. Spamming or using any unethical marketing practices is not allowed. 5.6. You may not share your affiliate link in inappropriate places, such as unrelated forums or comment sections of official StudyFetch content.
6.1. Use the hashtag #studyfetch in your promotional videos to increase visibility. 6.2. Focus on StudyFetch's features, benefits, and how it can help students in their learning journey. 6.3. Do not copy or repurpose StudyFetch's organic content without permission.
7.1. StudyFetch uses Rewardful for affiliate tracking and management. 7.2. Commissions are paid via PayPal. Alternative payment methods may be discussed by contacting contact@studyfetch.com. 7.3. StudyFetch reserves the right to withhold payment in cases of suspected fraud or violation of these terms.
8.1. This agreement is effective upon your acceptance into the Program and continues until terminated. 8.2. StudyFetch reserves the right to terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause, effective immediately upon notice to you. 8.3. You may terminate this agreement at any time by providing written notice to StudyFetch. 8.4. StudyFetch reserves the right to suspend or terminate your participation in the Program for any violation of these terms, with immediate effect and without prior notice. 8.5. Upon termination, you will immediately cease all promotion of StudyFetch and remove all affiliate links and StudyFetch-related content from your platforms.
9.1. StudyFetch reserves the right to modify any terms and conditions of the Program, including but not limited to commission rates, payment procedures, and promotional methods. 9.2. Changes will be communicated to affiliates and will be effective upon posting on the StudyFetch website or notification to affiliates.
10.1. StudyFetch is not responsible for any damages or losses resulting from the use of the Program or any affiliated websites. 10.2. StudyFetch does not guarantee any level of earnings or success through participation in the Program.
You agree to indemnify and hold StudyFetch harmless from any claim, damage, or loss resulting from your participation in the Program or violation of these terms.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
By participating in the StudyFetch Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms of Service.
